- The most recent BC Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw on March 19th issued over 166 invitations to apply (ITAs) for permanent residency (PR) across both general and targeted rounds of invitations.
- In the general BC PNP draw, which encompasses 35 tech occupations, a total of 88 invitations were extended. These were distributed among the Express Entry and BC PNP Skills Immigration streams, as well as the Entry Level and Semi-Skilled streams.
- Compared to the previous general BC PNP draw on March 5th, the cutoff score decreased by 1 point across all streams.
- Additionally, 27 invitations have been dispatched to profiles with prior experience as assistants or instructors in early childhood education (NOC 42202).
- Furthermore, in British Columbia’s recently introduced category-based draw, only 21 applicants with experience in 25 construction-related occupations were invited, starting in late 2023.
- Moreover, 30 profiles showcasing experience across 39 healthcare-related occupations have received invitations to apply for permanent residency.
