The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) recently held another Express Entry draw, granting 2,281 invitations to apply (ITAs) for provincial nomination.
In 2024, the OINP is now on its fourth round of invitations for the Human Capital Priorities Stream (HCP).
Invitations were extended to Express Entry profiles with a primary occupation in specific tech fields and a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score between 468 and 480.

- NOC 22220 – Computer network technicians
- NOC 22221 – User support technicians
- NOC 22222 – Information systems testing technicians
Invitations have been dispatched to Express Entry profiles generated between March 21, 2023, and March 21, 2024.
Candidates selected in this draw will be given forty-five days to secure their provincial nominations by submitting a comprehensive application.
Upon receiving an OINP nomination, these profiles will receive an additional 600 points, elevating their CRS score to between 1068 and 1,080. This ensures their eligibility for inclusion in future general Express Entry draws as well.
